1) Perform a lot line adjustment to better distribute space among the two adjacent parcels.
2) Demolish the 107-yr old, 3-bed/1-bath, 720-sf house on the front lot and clear debris from the vacant back lot.
3) Construct a new single family residence with auxiliary dwelling unit on each lot (four units total).
